Adjudication Notice

Deer Creek shareholders, many of you have probably received the certified mail packet from the State announcing the water adjudication. If your property ONLY receives Deer Creek water, the notice does not apply to you.  If you have a well on your property and wish to keep it, follow the instructions on the paperwork and return the paperwork according to the instructions.

SERVICE AREA

Our service area is located north of the Bellingham, Washington city limits, south of the city of Lynden, and a few miles on each side of the Guide Meridian.
